Shipping & Returns

Free Domestic Shipping

We know it's hard to believe, but it's true. The shipping cost is no longer your burden. We'll take care of it on all orders shipping within the USA, via reliable USPS first class or priority service.

For faster shipping service, we also offer:

    1. Overnight Fedex Express* service with guaranteed 1 day delivery by 5 pm the next business day in all 50 states for a flat rate of $35.00.         (Note: No Saturday / Sunday delivery.)
    2. Fedex Express Saver 3 Day service with guaranteed 3 business day delivery anywhere in the 48 contiguous states for a flat rate of $20.00.            (Note: No Saturday / Sunday delivery.)
    3. USPS Express Mail service with overnight delivery to most U.S. locations for a flat rate of $17.00.

International Shipping

For all international shipments, we offer FedEx International Priority Express service or USPS Express Mail service for a flat rate starting at $25.00 for the first item and $10.00 for each ADDITONAL item. Most of our shipments are sent via Fedex, we reserve the right to ship via the best option without notice.

    1. All import customs duties and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipments returned to CaseMotions for non-payment of duties and / or taxes will not receive a refund.
    2. CaseMotions must declare full retail value of product(s) on our customs declaration form for all shipments. For warranty replacements, exchanges, and other products returned to customers, we will declare a $0.00 USD value, per federal commercial shipment guidelines.
    3. Shipments to the country of Russia, please contact us at sales@casemotions.com for shipping rates.

Additional Shipping Fees

Please be advised that in some rural, remote, or otherwise difficult to reach delivery areas of some countries including theU.S., the local FedEx office will assess additional delivery / shipment fees at the time delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible for Casemotions to notify our customers of these additional shipment fees at the time of purchase. And CaseMotions has no control over these additional shipment fees assessed by the local FedEx office.

Please be advised that although it seems unfair, these additional shipment fees are legitimate. Also, please note that these charges are separate from, and not related to the customs duties charges from the destination country. We can certainly understand how some customers would object to these unspecified and unapproved additional shipment fees.We apologize for this inconvenience. Upon your request, we will credit your account for these additional shipment fees, or you will have the option to reject your shipment and receive a full refund your order.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to Casemotions as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Casemotions, please contact sales@casemotions.com to make arrangements for shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Most of Casemotions’ carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Casemotions

Return Policies

        1. We will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase on products purchased directly from www.casemotions.com
        2. Refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds are for product only, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
        3. Please contact Customer Service at: sales@casemotions.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.
        4. You will be asked to provide your original order number, so please have this information readily available. You will also be asked the reason for your return (this information will be used for our records).
        5. You will receive your Return Authorization via e-mail which will include your RA# as well as instructions for the return. CaseMotions is not responsible for return shipping charges.
        6. You must include a copy of the original sales receipt for the returned product. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. CaseMotions is not liable for products that are damaged, sent improperly, lost due to postal error or do not reach us. Refunds will be issued at our discretion; items that have been worn, misused, broken, or damaged due to improper installation will not be refunded. 
        7. Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
        8. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Once CaseMotions receives your returned product (usually within 7-10 business days) you will be issued a refund less the original shipping fees.
